The AIR2 hydraulic manipulation table is designed for safe and ergonomic handling of glass panes during production and assembly operations. It enables smooth tilting of the work surface from a horizontal to a vertical position using a powerful hydraulic unit with adjustable movement speed.

The table is equipped with a vacuum suction system for fixing the glass in the required position, with a holding force of 160 kg. Operation is controlled via a foot pedal, allowing safe handling without the operator having to release the material. The suction cup design minimizes wear when sliding the glass further across the work surface.

The equipment includes a pneumatically tilting loading roller bar, ensuring a smooth transition of the glass toward further processing or handling. The work surface is fitted with high-quality roller units that allow easy and controlled movement of the panes.

The machine frame is welded from heavy-duty steel profiles, with an emphasis on rigidity, stability, and long service life in daily operation. The equipment is manufactured in the Czech Republic using proven components.

The table can be customized to meet individual customer requirements, particularly in terms of work surface dimensions, load capacity, roller unit configuration, or machine mobility.
