The hydraulic cutting table allows safer and physically less demanding handling of the glass during cutting and eliminates the actual breakage of the cut sheets.

Tilting of the table to a vertical position to load the glass is provided by a powerful hydraulic unit, which is operated by buttons on the control panel. Its tilting speed can be manually controlled.

A simple movement of the lever towards each other extends the support paws for loading the plate glass, these are secured magnetically. The support paws have a rubberised contact part to protect the edge of the glass to be loaded.

The movement of the glass on the work surface is carried out by a paddle fan, which ensures the glass is underblown and offers easy handling of the glass. The basic equipment of the table ensures handling of glass up to a thickness of 10mm. If required, the table can be fitted with two fans to increase the glass blowing force up to 15mm thickness.

The table is equipped with a transverse and longitudinal breaking bar, which is mechanically controlled and simply slides out of the table surface at the pull of a lever and lifts the glass at the cutting point to break it.

If required, we are also able to manufacture the table with other work surface dimensions, load capacity or on swivel handling castors for better mobility on the job site.

The complete production of the machine takes place in the Czech Republic in our workshop, in the case of parts that we are not able to produce at home, we use time-tested suppliers.
