The horizontal diamond drilling machine has 2 opposing spindles driven by high quality Siemens electric motors, which are manually controlled and at the same time are rigidly mounted in a sliding toothed comb that ensures the accuracy of the drilled hole.

Thanks to the frequency converter, it can easily drill different hole diameters from Ø3mm to Ø75mm. These dimensions are often used for drilling holes for glass tile sockets in kitchens.

The position of the drilled glass is secured by a pressure lever with a rubberised circular plate. The pressure rings are easily interchangeable for when drilling different hole diameters. The pressure rings ensure maximum pressure on the glass around the perimeter of the drilled hole.

During drilling, coolant is automatically released into the drill cavity, the pressure of which can be adjusted according to the size of the drilled diameter.

For drilling larger formats, you can add an extension table or a support stand with swivel rubber rollers.For greater drilling precision, you can use the adjustable stop ruler.The drill can be equipped with running wheels for greater mobility.

The complete production of the machine is carried out in the Czech Republic in our workshop.In the case of parts that we are not able to produce at home, we use time-tested suppliers.
